Christmas Rolo Pretzels

It’s no secret that the holidays can get busy! You may find yourself in a pinch to make a treat for your kids’ holiday party or you simply want to add something to your cookie tray, but you don’t have a lot of time. These rolo pretzel treats are easy and quick! This is the kind of recipe that I need to find more of!

The salty pretzels, combined with the chocolate and caramel combination of the Rolo is amazing. Add a little red and green bling (M & Ms) and you have yourself a festive treat!

As long as you have the same amount of Rolos, pretzels and M & Ms, you can make as many as you wish! For an alternative to the M & Ms, add a pecan instead, and you have yourself a little turtle treat instead! I like to do both!

SERVINGS: 4 dozen

INGREDIENTS

  • 48 Rolos, unwrapped

  • 48 M & Ms and/or halved pecans

  • 48 mini pretzels

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line up the pretzels on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  2. Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel.

  3. Bake for 3 minutes, then take out of the oven.

  4. Push an M & M or halved pecan halfway down into the melted Rolo. Let cool.

NOTES: After pan has completely cooled, you may place in refrigerator or freezer for 15-30 minutes to allow chocolate to harden slightly.

These will keep for 2 weeks in a sealed container.
