Are you looking for a festive and tasty treat for your cookie plate at Christmas time? Simply by using the Christmas red and green M&Ms, this makes these cookies a colorful addition to a plate, a party or cookie jar.
I'm not afraid to put the entire 11oz bag of M&Ms into this cookie mix. I want to make sure there's an M&M in each bite.
This has been my go-to recipe for M&M cookies for many years. I've tried a few others, but this has remained my favorite. Since M&Ms change their colors with different holidays through the years, they're not just for Christmas. They can be made for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween or anytime of the year!
These freeze really well so you can make these ahead of time and just take them out of the freezer to thaw. I actually prefer eating directly from the freezer!
Enjoy!
